I used to be a loyal customer even took the time to fill out online reviews. I just went in at 5:40 pm on Saturday. The girl came up to me as I started logging in and said we are booked for the rest of the night. Please put a sign on the door that sets I am a lazy employee with no manager around so we are closing up early. It all starts with the leadership at the top and trickles down. So disappointed, every time I would fill out those surveys the owner would email me and ask why I wouldn’t recommend this place. How many guys visit about where they get their hair done? Well I will let people know about how poorly the staff has been trained!
